Navios Partners adds five bulkers as mother company continues sell-off
US-listed dry bulk and containership owner splashes $182m on five bulkers, of which three are coming from Navios Holdings
The acquisition of capesizes Navios Azimuth, Navios Ray and Navios Bonavis will cost $88m and was approved by the conflicts committee of the Navios Partners’ board. Navios Partners also announced the acquisition of two newbuildings, a capesize and a kamsarmax, bringing the total consideration for the five vessels to $182.3m
