China removes port construction dues to boost growth
The policy move, expected to benefit the country’s foreign trade and shipping sector, was announced by Premier Li Keqiang at the National People’s Congress in Beijing
The government started to remove the dues from March 2020, in a bid to alleviate cost burdens for the country’s exporters and importers
