Denmark and Norway say talks will continue. While extra warships would help reduce the risk off West Africa, sources said they will not solve the piracy problem
Denmark’s defence minister has called for international partners to help police the Gulf of Guinea after recent attacks on ships, but none have yet raised their hands. Danish Shipping says it is early days and countries can give what they can, since no one state can solve the problem alone
