US retail experts see containerised imports rising into 2021
The US economy is expected to see a sharp revival, spurred on by the introduction of vaccines against Covid-19 and consumer confidence that the pandemic is coming under control
With retail sales rebounding strongly due to continued consumer resilience, the National Retail Federation has forecast that holiday sales during November and December will increase between 3.6% and 5.2% over 2019 to a total between $755.3bn and $766.7bn
