Australia ships less LNG as prices fall
Production cutbacks at major projects result in fewer shipments month on month in September. Woodside Energy, Chevron and Shell have voluntarily or involuntarily either scheduled maintenance or halted operations at their LNG projects
Australia exports, which are mainly backed by term offtake, have not been spared the brunt of lower LNG prices. Amid the weaker environment, producers are also working on several maintenance issues
