Hurricane holds back US LNG output
The approaching Category 3 Hurricane Laura forces the largest liquefied natural gas plants on the US Gulf Coast to either shut in or reduce production, with Sabine LNG, the largest US export facility evacuating workers and temporarily suspending operations
The last LNG carrier sailed away from Sabine LNG, the largest US export terminal, yesterday as the storm is expected to make landfall along the southwest Lousiana or upper Texas coasts on Wednesday night or early Thursday morning
