Chinese shipper accuses carriers of profiteering
Ningbo-based office furniture supplier Loctek blamed carriers for not offering enough space and reaping profits from unreasonably high rates. It said Cosco Shipping, as a Chinese state-owned carrier, has the responsibility to make corrections and support domestic exporters
