DHL maintains strategy in face of tighter supply chains

Carriers are also reacting much more quickly in terms of slot supply, said Asia Pacific head of Ocean Freight Karsten Michaelis. Carriers have been more willing to blank sailings and have also been better in co-ordinating withdrawal of capacity, leading to a capacity crunch and a rise in rates
