Libya’s unending civil strife continues to affect one of its most important commodities. The Libyan National Army has imposed a blockade on oil exports from key ports since January. Last week, it appeared that shipments could start flowing out of the country again. But that only lasted for one day
Oil exports emanating from crucial Libyan ports were able to resume for a single day before being halted again. The blockade, which primarily affects aframax and suezmax tankers, is back in place
