Singapore continues to dominate key shipping index

London regained its second-place position in the Xinhua-Baltic International Shipping Centre Development Index , while Hong Kong slid into fourth as Shanghai also rose within the top five places. London and Dubai were the only two non-Asian centres among the top places

While Singapore has again grabbed the top spot on the Xinhua-Baltic index, Hong Kong drops down the rankings in areas such as ship brokerage, insurance and legal services
