Gazprom signs gas contract for new LNG facility
Located on the Gulf of Finland near Ust-Luga seaport in Leningrad Oblast, Russia, the planned complex will be operated by RusKhimAlyans, a joint venture of Gazprom and RusGasDobycha
The planned liquefaction capacity is 13m tonnes a year, with RusKhimAlyans receiving 45bn cu m a year of wet natural gas from Gazprom’s Achimov and Valanginian deposits in the Yamal Peninsula
