Indian refiners began using floating storage after the country ran out of tank space on land and Middle East suppliers led by Iraq and Saudi Arabia refused to accept force majeure declarations
Some 7m tonnes is currently in floating storage bought up by Indian refiners, according to oil minister Dharmendra Pradhan
