Trafigura and Phillips 66 announce Texas port joint venture

Commodities trader Trafigura and fuel logistics company Phillips 66 say they will build a deepwater port project in the western Gulf of Mexico. The Bluewater Texas Terminal will have up to two single-point mooring bays to load very large crude carriers
