Bulkers snub refuelling delays at Singapore as new fuel rules take effect

Other ship operators are considering switching to the more widely available marine gasoil

Come March, owners and operators of bulk carriers are forecast to be reaching decisions about exhaust gas scrubber installations. This may lead to another review of their bunkering calls, whether relating to refuelling ports or the marine fuel mix they are using
