Accident report finds naval vessel failed to follow procedures
The accident investigation board of Norway has published its report a year after a Norwegian frigate collided with a tanker near the Sture oil terminal. It issued 15 recommendations, mostly aimed at the navy, to improve safety
The accident investigation report said in several instances the navy vessel did not follow procedures. It recommended heightened crew training among other suggestions
