Vessels sanctioned for using Crimean ports

More than five years since the annexation of Crimea by Russia there are still global effects. A decision by Ukraine to shut down ports in the region to ships has not fully prevented vessels from going there. Registries continue to penalise vessels that do, and so far this year 15 ships have been de-flagged for this reason

Panama and Togo are among the seven registries that have de-flagged vessels this year for calling at ports closed by Ukraine
