Outlook seen improving for bulkers and tankers

Both the dry bulk and tanker markets should experience a rebalanacing of supply and demand fundamentals due to limited newbuild orders and increased scrapping, which should help the segments to achieve better freight rates in the coming year. The temporary easing of some tariffs in the Sino-US trade war should also give a small boost
