Tanker markets await word about time for repairs to Abqaiq

While tanker owners ponder the time needed to repair the Saudi facility, they will also want to consider where additional supplies of oil may come from in the event of a prolonged Saudi outage and who has the vessels available to meet the need

Additional storage facilities in Egypt, Rotterdam and Okinawa may ease a short-term supply gap, but are not geared for any long-term shortfalls — certainly not the 5m barrels per day lost during the time that it will take to repair Abqaiq
