Shipping confidence dips amid trade war concerns
Overall confidence in the shipping industry has dipped in the three months to May mainly due to trade war concerns and increased regulation adding to costs, according to a survey by adviser and accountant BDO.
More people expect higher freight rates in the tankers and containers markets over the next 12 months, while fewer people expect higher rates in the dry bulk sector
