Cargill cuts shipping emissions on chartered fleet
Cargill released a series of environmental targets in 2017, which included a target to reduce each vessel’s greenhouse gas emissions by 10% by 2020 and lower CO2 per cargo-ton-mile on its time-chartered fleet by 15%
The world’s biggest charterer of dry bulk vessels has said it has cut carbon emissions from its shipping fleet by 350,000 tons or 4.5% in 2018
