Total aims for LNG big league with bid for Anadarko assets
Total has agreed to buy Anadarko's assets in Africa from Occidental Petroleum for $8.8 bn. This deal that is conditional on Occidental completing its $38 bn acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum, will see Total emerge as the fourth largest LNG seller, according to WoodMac
