Bangladesh’s second FSRU starts operations

Excelerate signed a 15-year charter agreement with Summit in August 2017 to provide the floating storage and regasification unit. The terminal has a send-out capacity of 500m standard cubic feet per day of natural gas, boosting Bangladesh's current capacity of 3,200 MMscf/d

Excelerate also oversaw the fixed infrastructure components of the Summit LNG Terminal, which included a subsea plug, mooring system, and subsea pipeline
