Mandatory e-charts cut risk of CMA CGM Libra re-run, UK Club argues

Mandatory use of electronic charts significantly reduces likelihood of casualties similar to CMA CGM Libra grounding eight years ago, which featured in recent test case High Court ruling, according to the UK P&I Club
