Singapore detains PDVSA vessel

Venezuelan state oil company Petroleos de Venezuela’s aframax vessel Arita has been detained by the supreme court of Singapore. The crude oil tanker was the only vessel owned by PDVSA that was trading outside Venezuela waters

The arrest comes several weeks after BSM confirmed it would be handing back all the tankers it manages for PDVSA
