New Jersey pharma firm launches lawsuit over spilled containers
The lawsuit results from the loss of drugs that were destroyed in July 2018 when a refrigerated container was knocked off the APL Antwerp into the Elizabeth River at the Port of Virginia
The lost medication was valued at $209,220, but Heritage is seeking $220,802, a total that includes additional freight costs and transporting replacement medication
