MOL ties up with Turkish power firm on floating LNG power solutions
The agreement will see MOL collaborating with Karpower International in the floating LNG-to-power generation business. The partnership will co-invest in the related assets and jointly market the LNG-driven floating power plant Karpowership solution in selected markets around the world
MOL has investments in LNG bunkering and FSRUs, while Karpowership produced its first floating power plant in 2007 and owns and operates 20 Powerships around the world
