Venezuela suspends oil shipments to India

The South American country is looking towards Russia and China as the main destinations for crude exports as it suspends oil shipments to India, the biggest buyer of Venezuelan crude until recently

Indian state-owned refiners import hardly any Venezuelan crude anyway, and private owner Reliance Industries has reduced imports by a third and cut all exports of diluent
