Poland’s DCT Gdansk terminal sold
PSA International, the Polish Development Fund and IFM Investors have signed a deal to jointly acquire 100% of the shares of the DCT Gdansk terminal, the largest container terminal in Poland, from Macquarie Infrastructure. The sale is subject to formal approval by relevant competition authorities
