Hyundai Heavy is set to buy DSME, says Korea Development Bank

Path to deal clears as Samsung Heavy Industries clarifies it is not interested in taking a stake in Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering. The move will see KDB divesting its stake, believed to be worth $1.78bn
