South African coal exports indicate a reshaping of bulk carrier demand

South African coal miner Exxaro aims to double its coal exports through the Richards Bay export terminal by 2023, from 8m tonnes a year at present, while rail company Transnet is intending to expand capacity to Richards Bay to 97.5m tonnes per annum
