Operator sought for Dunkirk terminal expansion

France’s North Sea port plans to more than treble its box capacity through to 2035 to about 3.5m teu with the help of an experienced global operator. Dunkirk is also on track to open a new berth in May to bring existing capacity up to just short of 1m teu

Dunkirk is working alongside CMA CGM to support its objective of transforming the port into a secondary box hub in northern France, however, future terminal expansion will not necessarily be exclusively open to its compatriot
