American Club reports steady progress
The world’s largest P&I club saw modest but steady growth in tonnage and premiums in 2018, while pool claims were at the second lowest rate this decade, with both the severity and frequency of losses trending steadily lower. Eagle Ocean Marine, the club’s fixed premium facility which targets smaller vessels outside of the US, continues to experience double digit premium growth rates
