Maersk sells Hamburg Süd’s bulk unit
China Navigation, a unit of Swire Group, has acquired the bulk business of Hamburg Süd for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes a fleet of about 45 bulkers ranging from handysize to panamax
The deal is expected to close at the end of the first quarter, subject to regulatory approval
