US Coast Guard increases random drug testing requirement
Following a high rate of positive test results, the US Coast Guard has increased the minimum rate of random drug testing marine employers are required to conduct in 2019. At least half of covered employees must be tested by December 31, 2019
The positive rate of tests over the most recent reporting year was more than the 1% threshold
