BIMCO adopts sulphur cap bunker clauses

BIMCO has agreed on two bunkering clauses that can be used during contract negotiations between owners and charterers ahead of and during the 2020 sulphur cap. The clauses concern the general compliance obligations of each party, as well as those they will have between the last few months of 2019 and the first few months of 2020.
