Shipping stocks rally on signs of US-China thaw

Leading the uptick is Cosco Shipping Holdings, whose shares in Shanghai and Hong Kong have jumped more than 8% on Friday. But analysts warned that investors should not get too excited with painful lessons drawn from past experiences

Uptick comes after the US and Chinese presidents had a phone call on Thursday, during which Xi said both he and Trump had good visions for a healthy, stable development of the China-US relations
