A containership and ferry collision off Corsica has avoided any physical injuries to crew, according to French authorities. However, a bunker breach led to a fuel spill, creating a 4km pollution trail. French and Italian authorities are working to contain the damage

There have been no reported injuries or deaths from the collision of a 5,018 teu containership and 5, 250 dwt ferry north of Corsica on early Sunday morning
