Move revealed to review 2020 sulphur regulations
Just over 15 months before the 2020 0.5% sulphur cap comes into force, some leading associations and flag states are calling on the IMO to put together a database proving the safety of things such as the newer fuels and consider whether some aspects of the regulation need to change
