Navios Containers kicks off New York IPO
Navios Maritime Containers, the Angeliki Frangou-led group’s new boxship vehicle, has begun its keenly watched initial public offering in New York and much will ride on the outcome as it bids to become the first new US shipping listing for three years. The group has been a prodigious capital-raiser and has set a seemingly modest $100m target at the midpoint its price expectations, with proceeds to be used to help finance a further four containerships
