Unipec resumes VLCC bookings in US Gulf
The world’s largest dirty tanker charterer has fixed two VLCCs to lift crude from the US Gulf in late September, with discharge options in China, India or Singapore. The move follows China’s removal of crude from a tariff list that took effect on August 23
