Global box growth brakes sharply in second quarter
CTS figures show volume growth slowing to 2.3% in the second quarter of 2018, as weak Asia-Europe box numbers help to cloud strong performances from the transatlantic and transpacific trades. Meanwhile, fears grow as to the way the transpacific is shaping up for the rest of the year with the full extent of trade tariffs as yet unknown
