Djiboutian government says the London Court of International Arbitration decision that its seizure of the Dolareh Container Terminal was illegal was based on legal provisions contradicting the fundamental interests of the country, and that compensation is the only way forward. Meanwhile, DP World’s chief executive says ‘all options’ are open to DP World following the ruling
