US clears Cosco acquisition of OOIL

The $6.3bn acquisition deal will proceed on time after the seller and buyer entered into a national security agreement with the US government to dispose of the Long Beach terminal facility

The controlling shareholder of OOIL is expected to accept the offer under the irrevocable understanding by July 13
