Capesizes need Brazilian iron ore to raise its game
A lower-than-expected first half means that volumes of iron ore from Brazil in the second half of the year will have to increase significantly for capesize earnings to meet market expectations, especially as new generation of valemaxes are being delivered
Brazilian miners have failed to increase market share because of supply-chain issues, however cape owners need that to change because of increasing supply pressures from new valemaxes
