US extends tariff exemptions for EU, Canada and Mexico
President Donald Trump has given the EU, Canada, Mexico and other allies another 30-day reprieve from new steel and aluminium tariffs, delaying the fair-trade measures until June just as a high-level US delegation heads to China to demand a level playing field on trade.
