LNG market to face vessel crunch in the next two years
LNG shipping faces a shortfall of ships to deliver new gas cargoes because the orderbook remains at the lowest level in years, despite the number of liquefaction facilities about to come on stream.
About 124 new ships are required to cater to the demand for cargo, which signifies a shortfall since the orderbook has only 98 new builds
