UK eyes boost to transport connectivity to ports
After the release of the highly anticipated Ports Connectivity Study, the government and industry agree this is only an initial step on the road towards improved freight transport infrastructure to and from ports. With a series of recommendations put forward, the onus is now on the stakeholders to implement them and answer long-issued pleas for greater investment and consideration.
