Capesize rates rebound 44% on week as disruptions are resolved

Capesize earnings storm up to the highest since early March, overtaking other dry bulk segments. Disruptions in key iron ore exporting countries had hampered shipments in March causing rates to slump, but analysts expect issues will be resolved in the coming month.
