Asian sea robbery incidents down by almost half in first quarter

Robbery incidents in Asia fell by 48% year on year in the first three months of 2018, with those reported being less severe when compared with a year ago

The improvement of the situation was due to a decrease in the number of incidents at ports and anchorages in Bangladesh and Philippines
