Exports from Latin America are estimated to have increased by 5% during the last quarter of 2017 and an increase in the region of 10% is anticipated during the first quarter of 2018. Higher growth rates are estimated for the opposite direction, with an increase of more than 7% for the fourth quarter of 2017. For North American exports, an annual increase of 3% during the last quarter of 2017 was seen, with northern Europe and Mediterranean recording an increase of 8% in imports from North America.
